SmartInsights was created by Dr. Dave Chaffey, a leading author, consultant and trainer specialising in E-commerce and E-marketing education and guidance.

Optima’s work involves the management of all IT resource, creation and management of a heavy customised WordPress portal for the site. The company is also creating a piece of web software that performs analysis of user’s Google Analytics accounts, which Optima is responsible for planning and developing.
